A larger node size indicates that the gene is more likely to be functionally related to query genes in the network. Gene interaction types, including physical interaction, genetic interaction and co-expression, are colored according to the legend. The green border indicates that the gene is highly mutated in the LN-negative group. The red border indicates that the gene is highly mutated in the LN-positive group. A diamond shape indicates that the nodes are microtubule-related genes. The graph shows that most genes with significantly different rates, except PLD5, are highly mutated in the LN-negative group.
