Thus, the anti-Jo1 specific IgG and the Jo1+ patients total IgG has 1) an increase in IgG1 agalactosylation (described by log(FA2_1/FA2_2) and 2) a decline in bisected forms (described by log Σ[B]) and 3) a decline in afucosylated forms (described by logΣ [aF]).
