Validation of selected circRNAs, miRNAs and mRNAs by qRT-PCR. (a) 6 circRNAs were significantly amplified by qRT-PCR and consistent with the microarray results. (b) 9 miRNAs were significantly amplified by qRT-PCR and were inversely correlated with their corresponding circRNAs. (c) 6 mRNAs were significantly amplified by qRT-PCR while only Epha2, Arhgap32, Heatr1 and Egr1 had an identical expression trend with their corresponding circRNAs. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01.
