Experimental design and individual classification. (A) A total of 66 rabbits are initially collected and randomly classified into the treatment and control groups. At the end of experimental period, 40 treatments and three controls were finally included for gut microbiota profiling. (B) Matrix plot shows our classification of the 43 samples according to scores of clinical signs and gastrointestinal gross lesions.
