Visualization of 3D glomeruli in a portion of an ECi-cleared kidney scanned by light-sheet microscopy. A section of depth about 1.5 millimeters was scanned as shown in depth bar (left). Glomeruli are fully imaged after staining with MHI148-PEI. The size and number can be counted by using image processing and data analysis.
