  1. The target is a thin Be cylinder 2 interaction lengths long. The target location is given with respect to the upstream face of Horn 1. The LBNF neutrino beamline decay pipe length has been chosen to be 194 m. Decay pipe lengths of up to 250 m could be accommodated on the Fermilab site and were an option in previous designs of the beamline.
