The effect of oral Lactobacillus chungangensis CAU 28 cream cheese administration on T cell activation. T cell activation was evaluated via flow cytometric analysis. Filled histograms indicate the reduction in the mean florescence intensity (MFI) value of cells expressing (a) CD86 and an increase in the MFI value of cells expressing (b) CD274, relative to positive control mouse splenocytes. Unfilled histogram, isotype antibody controls.
