Genomic PCR on PBMC from Tc goat. PCR products for some of the junction points examined in the isKcHACΔ by using genomic DNA isolated from PBMCs of the Tc goat (7HAC1). Tc bovine 2317 containing isKcHACΔ was used as the positive control and wild type goat fetal fibroblasts (GFF7) before HAC introduction were as the negative control. This gel image was constructed from multiple original gel images as shown in the Supplementary Information file.
