Panel A: PCA of gene expression profiles of the immunity related gene set in PC. Log10-transformed TPM expression values were used to generate the PCA plot. Panel B: hierarchical clustering of a subset of differentially expressed immune genes in PC, based on Log10-transformed TPM expression levels. Clustering was performed using a Euclidean distance and average linkage. Gene IDs are indicated at the right-hand side of the figure and the corresponding expression levels are provided in Supplementary Table 1.
