The G-site is located on the interface of two FhGST-S1 GST monomers, which are shown as a cartoon representation in colours green and cyan respectively. The CGL complex, which contains GSH forming a disulfide bond with a free cysteine residue, is shown bound to the G-site. The CGL molecule and the two active site tyrosine residues, 10 and 106 are presented as stick models.
