PiT1-deficient cells show impaired wound healing. Representative pictures of wound healing assay. BMDMs from Mx1-Cre; Pit1^lox/lox (lower panel) and control mice (upper panel) were seeded on an IBIDI µ-slide 8-well, glass-bottom plates with culture inserts. After 72 h, IBIDI inserts were removed. Closure of the resulting wound was photographed every 24 h over the next 72 h with a 10x objective (scale bar = 300 µm).
