2-DE CBB stained gel of mycelial proteins from T. indica TiK isolate (a) cultured in the absence of host extract (b) cultured in the presence of host extract. Proteins were separated on 7 cm linear gradient IPG strips pH 3–10 and 12% polyacrylamide gel. Proteins spots exhibiting upregulation/differential regulation in TiK isolate (in the presence of host extract) are encircled red. Representative 2-DE gels are shown in Supplementary Figs S1 and S2.
