Morphology of BatIV particles. H17N10 (a–h) and H18N11 (i–l) virions in the supernatant were fixed and negatively stained as described in Materials and Methods. For immune transmission electron microscopy, an anti-HA2 monoclonal antibody (e,g) and anti-N10 NA rabbit serum (f,h) were used.
