From: Generation of bat-derived influenza viruses and their reassortants

Infectivities of BatIV reassortants. (a) Reassortant viruses consisting of H17 or H18 HA genes, N10 or N11 NA genes, and internal genes of H17N10 or H18N11 were produced with many combinations. Reassortant viruses were inoculated into YubFKT2 cells. Forty-eight hours later, the cells were fixed and stained for the detection of the M1 protein. Scale bars represent 10 µm. (b) Infectious units (IUs) of the viruses were determined by counting the number of IFA-positive cells stained with the anti-M1 monoclonal antibody. Experiments were triplicated and the representative data are shown.
