(c) Length of primary roots grown from germinated seeds. Each analysis for germination percentage included 50 seeds per treatment, and analysis was repeated three times. Total 90 seeds were used for measuring primary root length. All data points represent mean ± standard deviation of replicate measurements. **p < 0.01.
