From: Functional random forest with applications in dose-response predictions
Data extraction procedure for Functional Regression Tree model. From each of the 21 observed protein expression curves, we calculate the AUC, IC25, IC50 and IC75 values resulting in a complete feature matrix of 21 × 4. For response modeling, the entire cellular viability curve post drug application is used directly.
