Measurement of NO release from NO-Rosa5 and 6 with the ISO-NOP. Sample solutions of each compound (10 µM) in 100 mM HEPES buffer (pH 7.3, DMSO 0.1%) was irradiated with a MAX-303 (Asahi Spectra) equipped with a 530–590 nm band-pass filter (light intensity: 70 mW/cm2).
