Kaplan Meier analysis for CSS survival in the Fuhrman grade 3 + 4 group in cohort 1 and cohort 2. Patients with Piwi-like 1 positive tumors possessed a significant association with shorter CSS in (A) cohort 1 and (B) cohort 2 (P = 0.024 and P < 0.001). Kaplan-Meier analysis for OS and CSS in the tumor grade 2 + 3 group in cohort 2.
