Comparison of all dengue virus serotypes’ whole genome sequences. Similarity and GC contents are calculated in 500 bp window size. Along centripetal axes the circles represent DV2 (reference), gene/protein regions of DV1, DV3 and DV4 are shown in blue, green and red‚ respectively. GC contents are represented with curvy lines in the inner most circle according to the aforementioned color scheme except the DV2, which is shown in black. Peaks of curves show the level of GC%age.
