From: Superplastic Forging for Sialon-based Nanocomposite at Ultralow Temperature in the Electric Field
Phase compositions of Sialon-based composite sintered at 1150 °C analysised by X-ray diffraction. There are three phases, including Sialon, Si2N2O and Al2O3. The relative volume content of Sialon phase is more than 80% and the relative volume content of Si2N2O and Al2O3 is less than 20%.
