The relaxation peak data are plotted as the natural logarithm of the frequency and the temperature of the peak maxima. The points are the peak maxima position data and the lines are least squares fits to Equation 1. (a) Shows the low temperature imaginary permittivity relaxation data for the poled (001) cut crystal and (b) shows the high temperature relative permittivity peak data for the (001) cut crystal during cooling from the paraelectric state. The insets show the data used to extract the peak positions.
