Pan-genome analysis of eight E. bruuniana isolates in the repertoire of GenBank. (A) Pan-genome and core genome plot shows the progression of the pan (orange line) and core (purple line) genomes as more genomes are added for analysis. The pan genome is still open, as the new additional genome significantly increases the total repertoire of genes. Extrapolation of the curve indicates that the gene families in pan genome increased from 3,884 to 5,199, and those in core genome decreased from 3,511 to 2,875.
