The scatter plot depicts changes in mRNA levels in the whole cell (x axis) and in the RISC compartment (y axis). IRGs (violet dots) were identified using the interferome v2.0 (http://interferome.its.monash.edu.au/interferome/) database. Shape of dots indicates whether each IRG was targeted by at least one miRNA (triangle) or not-targeted (round).
