Kaplan-Meier analysis of RCC histologic subtypes based on syntaxin 6 expression. The entire RCC patient cohort was divided into quartiles based on syntaxin 6 expression. The cohort was then stratified into 2 groups: High expression (top quartile) Low/Medium (<top quartile). Kaplan-Meire curve was then generated based on overall survival for all renal cell carcinoma patients (A) and then stratified for each histologic subtype- pRCC, ccRCC and chRCC (B–D).
