Multivariable prediction of 3-year overall survival in papillary RCC patients. A time-dependent receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis was performed to determine the sensitivity and specificity of 3-year overall survival prediction for syntaxin 6, pathologic T stage, and the combination of the two variables. The AUC score for the full dataset was calculated and then 1000 bootstrap samples of the AUC score were used to obtain a confidence interval for each AUC score.
