(A), IFA for ALV-A in the tissue sections of heart, spleen and liver from ALV-A-infected chickens on 21 dpi and nuclear staining using DAPI (400x); (B), the relative fluorescence intensity in these organs was quantified using image J software. In figure A, green fluorescence in the cells showed positive for ALV-A in the corresponding organs. In figure B, Different letters on the bars of two groups mean statistically significant difference between them (P < 0.05) and same letters mean no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05).
