Variation of cell viability of HCT116 wt and p53−/− cells with increasing concentrations of menadione (MD). The cells were seeded at 1 × 104 cells per well. The cell viability was measured using MTT, 48 h post drug treatment. The values are expressed as mean ± SD, n = 3. Paired two tailed Student’s t test showed the data to be significant with p = 0.049.
