Electron Microscopy. Electron micrographs indicate the presence of mitochondria, lipid droplets and melanosoms. MUG-Mel1 clone C8 showed a high number of elongated mitochondria (M), various melanosomes (ME), lipid droplets (LD) (A–C); MUG-Mel1 clone D5 showed enlarged mitochondria, melanosoms, dilated rough endoplasmic reticulum (dER) and large mitochondria in close connection with lipid droplets (LD), Nucleus (N) (D–F).
