Flow cytometric analysis of rORF2p-stimulated double positive T (DPT) cells. Unstimulated/rORF2p-stimulated PBMCs from 13 acute hepatitis E patients, 10 hepatitis E recovered individuals and 13 healthy controls were stained and frequencies of rORF2p-stimulated (a) CD3⁺ CD4^high CD8^low and (b) CD3⁺ CD4^low CD8^high cells were determined after normalization with unstimulated cells. Data are presented as percentage of immune cells out of lymphocytes. The dots represent individual values and bars represent median values.
