PCA analysis. Principal components analysis of Campora, Gioi and Cardile, combined with the Tuscan (TSI) population from the 1000 Genomes Phase 3 v5 reference panel. The analysis was performed using (a) common (MAF > 5%) and (b) rare and low frequency (MAF ≤ 5%) variants in common between the Cilento isolates and TSI. We compare the first and second principal components (PC1 and PC2, respectively).
