Legend: DSR: root tissue from D. spicata, PAR: root tissue of P. absinthioides, DSL: leaf tissues from D. spicata, PAL: leaf tissues from P. absinthioides, GMR: root tissue from G. mucronata, HPR: root tissue from H. pilosella, GML: leaf tissues from G. mucronate, and HPL: leaf tissues from H. pilosella. Analyses were done by using unweighted UniFrac distances.
