Results of genome-wide association analysis (−log10 P) shown in chromosomal order for 631, 941 SNPs tested for association in initial sample of 373 cases and 6721 controls. The x axis represents each of the SNPs used in the primary scan. The y axis represents the −log10 P-value obtained by logistic regression analysis (additive model) with adjustment for age, gender, and 10 principal components.
