Comparison of relative abundance of RPE65 peptides containing C112 (A) and C146 (B) in the control and HAM-treated bovine RPE microsomes. N-ethyl maleimide (NEM) and 4-vinyl pyridine (4-VP) modification represents the non-palmitoylation and palmitoylation of cysteine residues, respectively. The square boxes represent the technical repeats of the sample and the lines represent the comparative behaviour of the peptide ion of interest in the −HAM and +HAM samples.
