(A,B) Anti α-smooth muscle actin (SMA) immunohistochemical staining did not reveal a significant difference among the three groups at postoperative 2 weeks. At postoperative 4 weeks, the mean length of the α-SMA positive bleb was lower in the aqueous suppressant group than in the control or PG group (P = 0.001). Scale bar: 2 mm.
