Validation of the RAM ensemble using SAXS measurements. Comparison between experimental (blue line) and back-calculated SAXS profiles from: (a) RAM ensemble (red line), (b) unrestrained ensemble (magenta line). The better agreement for the RAM ensemble, in particular for low values of s (see also Figure S6), indicates that the restraints greatly improved description of the overall shape of the molecule.
