A representative example of image registration. Three user-specified landmarks on 6 × 6 mm en face choriocapillary optical coherence tomography angiography image and mid-phase indocyanine green angiography image were accurately matched by translating, rotating, and rescaling target images. After the registration, two same size (6 × 6 mm) images from the two modalities were obtained for further comparison and Jaccard index measurement.
