Comparing XDGs with human-stroma and -tumor expression profiles derived from laser micro-dissected tissues. An independent dataset (GEO#: GSE40595) that measures expression profile for laser micro-dissected tumor stroma and tumor epithelial tissues were downloaded and processed.
