The CRM1-binders with K_D values are shown in filled markers with error bars which are the standard deviation during the five runs. The false positives are shown in orange empty markers. In the middle, the correlation between R² and the weights for RSA during the E_bind correction is shown. The weight of 0.35 were applied for calculation of E_bind^RSA.
