(c) No signal was detected in connective treated only with secondary antibody as negative control. Cell nuclei were stained with Hoechst 33342 (blue). (d) Chemotactic effect of human TGF-β on leech microglia migration. Chemotaxis assay was made with recombinant TGF-β gradient (0, 0.5, 1, 5, 10 ng/mL).
