Red vertical dashed lines indicate header tanks being set to 12 ppt and tanks being flushed, and black vertical dashed lines indicate header tanks being set to full (34 ppt) seawater. The dotted red line is the initial fish transfer on day one (i.e. immediately into brackish water), and a flush for days two and three.
