(a) CVs obtained for ZnO NRs-based sensor boards: black curve for sensor board without Ab immobilization. Red, green and blue curves for sensor board immobilized with Ab 1:500, 1:1000 and 1:5000, respectively. All CVs were performed in the presence of K3[Fe(CN)6]/K4[Fe(CN)6] (10 mM) in NaNO3 (0.5 mol.L−1), with a scan rate of 100 mV.s−1. (b–d) Fluorescence Confocal Micrographies. (b) Bare sensor board.
