The scheme with 2D DOE. The nonlinear layer (NM) is excited by the pulses as before (for the clarity only one driving pulse is shown). The radiation emitted by NM oscillators is passed through a low-pass filter and then through a 2D DOE element — in this case a spiral-shaped phase plate (SPP).
