RMSF of wild type and mutant MtRpsACTD. In apo state, residues at locations, 390–410 are more flexible in MT. Residues in D342N exhibited a higher flexibility at lcation 330 and 390. MT, D343N attaind a higher flexibility at position 293, 330, 355, 395–400 in both states. In A344P, the flexibility is seeming almost similar to WT throughout the simulation period. Residues flexibility in MT I351F is higher that WT.
