The increments of fluorescent intensity were measured from 10 ng/mL to 500 ng/mL. Each fluorescent intensity was measured 3 times under same conditions. Standard deviations are indicated by error bars. Fluorescence intensity was analyzed on each Cy3 channel (excitation at 520 nm and emission at 565 nm), FAM channel (excitation at 480 nm and emission at 520 nm), and Cy5 channel (excitation at 650 nm and emission at 670 nm).
