Western Blot of the elution fractions of the SEC with trans-PCC-α-M detecting (b) anti-Penta-His and (c) anti-Pdr5 specific antibody. Purified Pdr5 migrates at a molecular weight of approximately 170 kDa. The elution fractions E1-E5 for trans-PCC-α-M purified Pdr5 correspond to the SEC chromatograms in Fig. 1.
