Density of MKI67 gene expression among IHC subtypes in the studied datasets. The In-house cohort (A) was combined with TCGA (B) to facilitate comparison of data at the same scale (as described in Methods). The in-house cohort (C) was also combined with METABRIC (D) the same way. Vertical line is drawn at the cut-off where in-house data LA + LB1 density curve intersect LA & LB1 curves. This cutoff is applied to TCGA and METABRIC data to separate LA into LA & LB1.
