Neighbor-joining tree of 19 species and subspecies the genus Anguilla plus Serrivomer beanii as an out-group based on the amplified regions of MiFish9 (12S rRNA) and MiEel (ATP6 gene). Distance was calculated using the Kimura two parameter model with all sequences containing gaps being eliminated, and numerals beside the internal branches are bootstrap probabilities of 300 replicates. This analysis of phylogenetic tree was conducted in MEGA635.
