  1. Cell lines were grouped according to ABC- or GC- subtype, total number of CNAs, and gains and losses. CNAs were called with control-FREEC using the B-lymphoblastoid cell line NC-NC as normal control. Neighbouring alterations with identical copy number were fused and CNAs <10 kb were omitted.
