Occurrence of S. endobioticum chytrid core SCO genes and RAYH-genes in function of scaffold repeat content percentages. The proportion of candidate effector or SCO genes are compared against the scaffolds/contigs where repeats occur. The trend is shown as dotted lines. The S. endobioticum SCO chytrid core genes are mainly found on scaffolds and contigs with 0 to 30% repeat content. Candidate effector genes are found mainly on scaffolds and contigs with 0 to 40% repeat content but also on genomic sequences with up to 100% repeat content.
