Perfusion Time-Series and Calculated Principle Components. The left panel (A) shows the average perfusion signal of all voxels for a given region of interest with two standard deviations bars. Enhancing tumor voxels of non-shunted patients (ET non-shunt) are shown in blue, enhancing tumor voxels of shunted patients (ET shunt) are shown in green, and ASL based ROI of the arterialized veins of shunted patients were shown in red. The right panel (B) displays the calculated principal components for each tissue type, based on the perfusion signal. PC1, PC2, and PC3 denote the first, second, and third principal components, respectively. ET nonshunt: Enhancing voxels of non-shunted patients. ET shunt: Enhancing voxels of shunted patients. ROI: ASL based ROI on the arterialized veins of shunted patients.
